The Photojournalism education program at Minority Photo Journalism Institute (MPJI) and Mpjinewsimages is providing mentorship for aspiring photojournalists. The mentorship is for young men and women who attend historically black colleges and universities (HBCU’s) in their journalism programs, especially photojournalism. This mentorship also includes hands-on and in-person training with history-making photojournalist Haywood Galbreath. And opportunities to go out and cover news, sports, and entertainment events.
